In Hungary there are two different towns Buda and Pest divided by Denube river. In 1873 Buda and Pest were officially merged with the third part, Óbuda (Old Buda), thus creating the new metropolis of Budapest.

Sail the Denube
The Danube River is the most famous in Budapest and also the one separating both the cities Buda and Pest. There are many river tour options; also you can enjoy boat parties in the night. It really is lovely around sunset.

Ruin Bars
If you enjoy night life then as a tourist it’s almost impossible to think about Budapest without Ruin bars.
Ruin bars (romkocsma) are makeshift bars established inside dilapidated pre-war buildings, with quirky furniture and overall uniquely cool atmosphere. Szimpla Kert is Budapest’s iconic ruin bar and is one of the oldest ruin bars across Budapest.

Hi!
Kaustubh,
I used to think all the travel you did was just a bum. Then I realized it’s about you figuring out what you want…going there.. exploring and finding happiness. I got a mental image of you way up in the middle of nowhere in barrow being happy and that made me happy for you…I really respect that!”
I virtually travelled Budapest!
Thanks.
